Order changes
We know that you are very excited to get your AMARA. However, we will not accept any changes after you have confirmed your order.
Shipping methods
For now we only send our products with FedEx for international customer and Thai Post for domestic customer (Thailand).
Missing items
If the packing document shows that you are missing an item, please contact us and let us know your order number and the product code of the missing items. We will solve the problem and send the missing item as soon as possible because your happiness is our priority!
Damaged or incorrect items
We are so sorry for sending a damaged/incorrect items to you. Please let us know immediately about the problem and we will make it right. Don't forget to send us your order number and product code.
How many countries do we ship to?

We ship our product to every country that FEDex can reach. Click here to see the full list.

How to check your order status?

Type in your order number in our Track my order page and a tracking number will show up. Copy and paste your tracking number into FEDex website to get your status.

Is my personal information kept private
Yes, we are very serious when it comes to privacy and we will not disclose your information to any visitors and third parties except for some parties who provide services for you such as FEDex.
