Shipping & Returns

Amara Jewelry strives to keep our customers happy. We sell high quality jewelry and we understand that you may not be happy with your purchase for some reason.
You may return your jewelry within 15 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with it for an exchange or merchandise credit. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Below are the steps to return and item:
1. Email us at service@amarajewelry.com
We will send you an email with a return number.
2. Pack your item in its original packaging with the return authorization number.
3. All items must be unused, undamaged, in it’s original boxes (whenever possible)
4. Please ship returns to the following address:

Please ship via a secure method we are not responsible for shipping charges and items lost in transit. Therefore we recommend insurance when shipping items.

5. Keep your refund email and we will let you know when your item is received and will contact you with instructions on how to use your credit.
6. Any unauthorized returns will not be processed. (If it has been more than 30 days, is damaged, or does not have a return authorization number)
7. We are not responsible for damage while shipping an item for a return.

We do not accept returns on clearance items, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

At Amara Jewelry we care about our customers and take pride in offering quality products. If you receive a defective product please email us at service@amarajewelry.com or call us at (phone number)

You will get a Return Authorization number, we will send this to you via email.
As soon as we received the defective product we will ship a new one if it is available. If it is not available, we will refund/credit the item you will be able to exchange it for a similar item.
Your new item will be shipped at no charge.
