About Kavita:

Amara-which means eternal beauty in Greek has been a work in progress for over 20 years. Kavita Melwani-CEO of Amara Jewelry has invaluable experience working in her family jewelry business and other business ventures. She has traveled extensively to countries in Europe, Asia, and South America. In addition, she has visited India several times. In the last 15 years she has lived in various cities including: Miami, New York, San Antonio, Toronto, Houston, and Dallas. Through this rich and diverse experience Amara Jewelry was created

About Amara:

Our mission is to create and find jewelry with meaning. We use stones with beneficial properties and spiritual symbols. We specialize in yoga inspired jewelry, chakra jewelry, goddess jewelry, and meaningful bridal jewelry. Many of our pieces are one of a kind and most a limited edition. Kavita designs and makes many of the pieces, but also loves searching for and bringing great jewelry to her customer.

Amara Jewelry is sold through the website and trunk shows. As an avenue to give back we donate 10% of our revenue to the charity of our hosts’ choice at all our trunk shows.
